With flavors of warm sponge cake and golden syrup, this is treacle pudding in a glass. The nose is treacle pudding. The palate is treacle pudding. The finish is treacle pudding. In other words, it’s not a particularly complex whisky, just thick and delicious. Set aside the tasting notebook and enjoy.

@Soba45 It’s a bit pricey by my standards too but I was offered a bottle at a below retail price of $250 and found some people to share the cost with.
Nice, would love to try but its double the price of the 18 nearly for only 3 more years which is a bit insane. I did bag a sample of the discontinued 25 yr for nearly three same price as the 21 so for that I thought better VFM. Still would love to try the 21 as well.
