This bottle was “dumped” on the 19th April 2016 from barrel number 29. Nose – Rye and Tobacco - Powerful and Dry, Honey, Heavy Rye, Dried fruits, Vanilla, and Chocolate. Taste – Oak and Honey - Sharp, Full and Rich, Apricot, Butter, Pepper, Light Honey, and Oak. Finish - The finish is long, with Toffee and Apple, Developing on Pecan and Caramel (credit to published reviews - on which I built mine)
