Banana sweetness up front on the nose with hints of floral deep in the background. Bitterness quickly turns to sweetness which quickly fades. Peppery finish. Water sweetens the palate and weakens the bitterness. Thins out. Not terribly exciting. Good as a mixer or over ice.

ok!! thanks man! im gonna put my eyes on them.
American Whiskey's I am less familiar with (prefer Scotch). I like Weller's Special Reserve (great price point), Makers Mark, High West Distillery spirits. I would start with Weller's: good and extremely cost effective. As for Scotch: I found Glenlivet 12 and Johnnie Walker to be good starters but are more expensive than they should. A better and potentially cheaper starter single malt being Old Pultney 12.
American. But if you have a Scotch in mind, let it go...
VetSherman: You looking more on the American whiskeys or scotches? Or anything in general to start your collection?
I just started on this whisky/ey fans trip. And I purchased this one as my inauguration bottle. Which one do you recomend me to continue my starting collection?? Best wishes from México !
