First chance to try a Pappy. Overall I enjoyed it but I’m still waiting to come across one of their older expressions. Some sweetness and oak. Had this with one large ice cube. Some initial burn but that disappeared as the melting began. $38 for the pour - glad I experienced it but I don’t need to try this one again.
