Fantastic! This has a lot going on but somehow for me it’s soft then a hint of spice but then falls into cereal, and slightly burnt caramel I think. There is some fruit notes that I haven’t pinpointed yet. Can’t stop thinking about this expression. Fun and enjoyable dram. Well done Springbank!
