Nose:- Intensity: 2 Age: though 12 smells quite youthful Smoke: very faint Crisp apples, sweet pears, sherry notes, and orange peel. Faint brine smell? Palate:- Sweet and sour... Maybe vanilla (hint) Texture is quite smooth and creamy light woody taste. Finish is quite short with a sour note. Not very complex
