Smokey caster sugar. The bottle starts off with peat and heather sweetness that is quite smooth. Some salt and earthy seaweed show underneath in the middle of the bottle. At the end an overall peat and smoke with a delicious sugar that is reminiscent of powdered sugar. So good clean and a long sugar finish that is only outlasted by peat.
