@BDanner first glass almost turned me away. I let the second one sit for a bit and it helped open up the vanilla and carmel. The vinegar stayed present though, just more subtle.

Since no one else had Mentioned it, I thought maybe I was imagining it. Glad to see someone else got a vinegar not besides me. It’s very small batches so maybe it only showed up in a few. I agree with you though. Very good, especially when you factor in its age.
