An amazing rum. Like the ED 8, it has solid brown/maple sugar highlights, with a petrolly note. I find the 12 intensely muddled, and too sweet. The wood-influenced spirity character of the 15, offset by the sweet sugar notes, makes the El Dorado 15 my fave sweet Demerera Rum.
