The nose is sharp and briny with vanilla notes taking center stage. The drink is light with grains dominating the flavor. It is a bitter spirit with very little sweet vanilla at the front of each sip. A briny quality dominates the tail of the drink and masks more complex flavors. Buy this one for the bottle alone.
