Nose: Sweet caramel, butterscotch, oak & wheat. Taste: Big body, thick butterscotch, wheat grain, and sweetness. Not too sweet because the Proof is high enough to carry the drink forward. Finish: Lingers for a bit...nice and rounded like wheat toast.
