On the nose is tropical fruit and ripe melon in spades. Hints of seaweed and a little tinge of peat funk weaving its way in.
The palate takes an immediate hit of campfire ash and brine. Malt, pear, cinnamon, clove, and cracked pepper. The finish is like a creamy Connecticut wrapped cigar.
A gorgeous and complex dram beautifully woven together.
