Tasted over at Abbe’s house on Passover. At 120 proof, Sam warned me that it might be harsh just straight on ice. He suggested that I add small bit of water- a sentiment that I have since read in reviews. First taste...tough...Craig agreed. But, as it sat- and added ice cubes- it began to mellow.
