Neat. Sherry and oak hit immediately. Baking spice. Vanilla. Very nice nose. Texture is thin. Flavor hits you over the head with sherry and cognac. There is even some harshness to it. Maple emerges. Vanilla. Ugh I can’t drink this. I’m sad. Nose was so good too. I hope this opens up.
