Great owner and distillery just east of Charlotte. The bourbon ages with the assistance of pounding music, similar to what several other distilleries are doing. My bottle was aged one year and bottled at 100.6 proof. This is a beloved micro distillery in N.C. but, I’m just not enjoying my bottle.

@BDanner Agreed. They also have those few bottled-in-bond barrels. I’m looking forward to reviews on those too in a few years.
I may have a better bottle than you (it is very small batches of around 3-5 barrels). I am enjoying it more than you, but it is far from a typical bourbon drinking experience. I'm hoping that when some of their Striaight bourbon is released it will start to live up to its promise.
