From the nose of this single Malt there are so many complexities I can barely describe what I smell. All I can say is it is wonderful and I could nose it all night. From nostril to nostril I only become more eager for a drink, and I do, it's great. I sip and can't help but notice the velvety texture rolling around the palate. Hold for 10 and swallow, BAM the taste of smoked bacon, black pepper, a floral element I can't touch but desire, slight espresso, and some black currant. This single Malt has multiple characteristics, if you are one for peat and childhood memories of campfires I strongly recommend. I am very pleased to have this on my shelf. My rating is 93/100
