Quite impressive BIB for a new distillery...It’s exactly what it says it is...Rich, intense, spicy, straightforward bourbon which I truly enjoy. Nice nose of wood, rye spices and vanilla. On the palate a bit viscous, great balance of sweet and spicy with a medium, warming finish. An enjoyable dram
