The bourbon has a nose of sweet vanilla with hints of sugar and burnt spice. The palate has a strong taste of caramel and vanilla. There is a powerful burn of spice and alcohol, but the finish is pleasantly mellow with sweetness lingering from the vanilla, and the burn tapering into a lovely afterglow.
