Guy at Spec's recommend. 100 proof and it shows on first sip. Mellows over ice. Too young. Only the smallest hint of oakiness. Faint carmel and vanilla. Dissolved 2 small ice cubes in a finger. Burn taste was mellow. Second taste, no real flavor, just hints of what bourbon could be. Nothing at all in 3rd or 4th taste. Best use is for "bourbon" cocktails for people who don't like bourbon cocktails.
