Absolutely incredible. As per usual, Hibiki created another masterpiece of a whiskey. The nose was a little underwhelming, faint sherry notes could be picked out from the very heavy scent of oak. The taste is almost the exact opposite of the nose; lots of sherry, honey, a slight hint of oak, and some herbaceous notes. Very smooth, with just a hint of heat, it has a nice lingering taste of honey and oak. If you find it, buy it.
