The taste is pretty true to nose..White sugar sweetness, general fruits, some herbs like anise, balanced with black pepper and an ashy finish with drying saccharine. Overall, average smoothness, lots of flavors that balance sweet and savory. Not a lot of agave. No faults, fun, and easy enough to try for the price
