Neat. The distiller review is right on. Nearly ripe pineapple, olive brine nose..continues on in the flavor with round agave syrup sweetness that's not over the top. Very balanced, flavorful, complex, and smooth. Moderately thick mouthfeel and a nice long, tart, semi dry finish. A definitely step up from the 'good 20-30 dollar blanco, mostly for complexity. Many hit a couple notes, this hits many Mixing and shooting would be a waste. Value wise, it's worth it for a special treat occasion
