Uncut tasting(no water) A hint of rye on the nose, spicy, wood. Hot, fiery rye flavor, cinnamon, oak, fresh cherries - long, hot, dry finish with a gradually developing almond flavor - the cherry flavor lingers and wood, but more like cedar than oak. I feel like this whiskey is wild and raw, but there is something elegant about it too. It's like a thunderstorm in a glass.
