Honey and stone fruits dominate the nose of this drink in a rich aroma. There are hints of grain in the tail of the nose.
The whiskey tastes of fruit and rye grain in a rich and spicy experience. One may detect notes of vanilla in the tail

@Daniel-Feldmann thanks for the advice
@1901. The whiskey is advertised as an Irish Rye whiskey. I'm not entirely certain what that means, however it is a good drink. It is definitely a high rye whiskey and that is apparent in the nose and the flavor of the drink. I'm not sure I have enough experience with ryes to tell you how it measures up against others. I can say that I enjoyed the Angel's Envy rye aged un rum barrels more than this Kilbeggan.
I haven't had too many ryes, but as a local (to me) offering I really should try this. How representative is it of ryes in general, do you think?
