Very good tequila. Smooth and buttery with big notes of nuts and baking spice. The influence of the bourbon barrels is evident. Some lingering vanilla on the finish. Ultimately a great Anejo expression, but perhaps not worthy of its price point. Slightly more complex but not clearly better than Don Julio 1942.
