Representing island of islay
Nose: sherry, oak, light sweet vanilla, with water waaay more apricot and malty, sea air melon
Body: light
Palate: light spice, light sweet, malt, water killed the spice maybe more spice and salt
Finish: long slow burn
Note: nothing like PC 7. No peat is hilarious for islay. I like this maybe border on really like but not amazing
