Pinhook is a nice sipper if you like sweet floral and a warm finish. Start sweet but not a big corn presence then the rye. It's nicer with kentucky water. That helps this young bourbon open up. Truthfully I like it but feel it needs more time in the barrel to bring more of a story to the flavors. Expand you palatte and try it. It will mix up your bourbon cabinet of tastes!
