On the nose I get the telltale bourbon corn sweetness, caramel, vanilla with hints of hay/grass and subtile fruit. On the palate it has an almost floral sweetness with raspberries, and a short to medium length finish dominated by more sweetness, a hint of black pepper and a slightly grassy note.
