Not anywhere close to my favorite bourbon, but it's a great dessert whiskey or just everyday drink. It has a flavor profile full of apple, caramel, vanilla, and spice. It'd be great with a slice of apple pie and vanilla ice cream. It's incredibly drinkable straight even at 101 proof - it's hard to believe that it's such high proof. I think that it'd be great on ice or in certain mixed drinks as well as drinking straight. It would also be great to share with family during the holidays. It's a great value at MSRP.
