Wasn't sure about this at first, but have really come around to it. Definitely needs water and air. Let it sit for a few moments before sipping. Heavy cinnamon burn up front, which dissipates into a gingerbread-like sweetness. Finish is medium, not quite hanging around until the next sip. Decent bourbon, just a bit hot.
