When I first tried this upon immediately opening the bottle, I didn't love it. Tonight's taste, after leaving the 2/3rds full bottle on the shelf for months, is pretty close to perfection. My first thought is cognac, with hints of chocolate, pancake syrup (not maple), and buttermilk pancakes. It makes me think of that old cereal, French Toast Crunch Great chewiness on this pour. Like halfway to syrup. I want to just pour this one on my breakfast!
