First time revisiting this in about a year since I really embarked on my Bourbon journey, and I find that there's actually more to appreciate here then when I first started. compared to many newer bourbons entering the scene, this at least tastes like it was distilled with tradition in mind. Many great flavor profiles one would expect here with nothing out of the ordinary- leaning more heavily on the spicy, herbal side of the spectrum. Brown sugar and cinnamon round this out. I wish the finish were longer and the flavors less subtle, but, for price and proof, no real complaints. It's probably on par with any of the other standard, lower-mid-shelf offerings like Jim Beam white label or Buffalo Trace
