I don't know why I waited so long to open this as I've had the bottle a minute.
Nose: Traditional wheated bourbon with vanilla, brown sugar, poached apple, and quite a bit of alcohol punch. Smells a little yeasty like fresh baked bread.
Flavor: More sweet vanilla with poached fruits, cereal notes, and a little bit of grassy herbaceous flavor.
Finish: Kind of short and still sweet though drying out some with a little bit of oak and a little bit of heat and baking spices.
Overall a solid bourbon though my least favorite of the Weller line. Classic wheated bourbon flavors and nose and a great value at MSRP or just over.

If you like this you should try Makers Mark, plain old Makers, and the good news is it's now CHEAPER than Weller.
