Orange citrus, brine, pepper and a little smoke... But put together in such a perfect way that words fail me.
This ought to be the best under $50 bottle available on the market. It’s my 3rd bottle and it never ceases to amaze me.
Highly recommend it if you don’t mind some peat, salt and pepper.

@AntonioSchmid that Talisker 8 is long gone. ☹️. but there’s a 15 in queue. Next time you visit NJ/ NYC, it’ll be there
@PBMichiganWolverine Unfortunately no. 😔 Almost bought it last month on Heathrow but decided for other bottles instead. (Including a Got Talisker) Hope my Talisker 8 sample is safe and sound... (just kidding!😉😂)
@AntonioSchmid have you tried this year’s 15 yr Talisker special release? Wondering if it’s as good as last year’s
@SpartaTodd I’m a totally Talisker fanboy! 😉😂
I saw you went to Skye and Talisker. I never drank whisky really until I tried Storm at Talisker and it blew my mind. I am a full on whisky maniac in 6 months! I want to spend the rest of my life drinking whisky and especially Talisker! I totally agree that this is top 3 VFM whisky.
