Nose: caramel, vanilla, cherry, cinnamon, burnt sugar Body: medium Palate: super sweet on the tongue, no burn on first sip but neat was a little hot. tastes like it smells caramel, vanilla, toffee, cinnamon Finish: long, Smokey caramel yum, warming. I put a few ice cubes in half way and the flavor stay about the same the spiciness let up a touch but it didn’t water down the flavor. This is really good with a cube.
