Representing isle of Orkney Nose: sherry, oak, sea salt water brought out the peat Body: medium Palate: smoky, sherry, sea salt but water shut down the sherry and the peat got stronger. Good not great tasty but not robust. Finish: short Note: I expect this to be good before tasting it at a restaurant. HP18 is one of my favorites so.... it was very good but no 18
