If you are buying this particular wiskey and you most likely already know it's using peated malt.
But what you get the nose is a very balanced dry fruit sherry notes not too light and not too strong right in the middle. While all your complementary of sugary, smoky, peaty notes lay it out nicely surrounding your main course.
On the palate your smoky, spicy and slight dry bitterness started to show up more prominently but you will still know your main course are sherry notes.
Peaty notes are near none existence but you know it's there.
Overall it's a balance flavour profile wiskey that you should have one in your house or even just taste once. You will not be disappointed.
