Nose: Fruity banana and strawberry. Vanilla. Brown sugar, oak, corn. Orange peel. Maraschino cherry. Palate: That classic dusty corn thing Beam does, but with the strawberry/banana character coming through. Brown sugar, oak. Baking spices. Slightly creamy thing going on. Makes me think of a rye spiced Redbreast kind of thing almost.
