I have to give props where it's due here. This is definitely unique and unapologetic in its approach to creating a sweet and inviting gin. Heavy citrus: orange, lemon, lime and grapefruit are nearly overpowering with a touch of mint and coriander on the finish. It isn't necessarily something I'd reach for, and is a little too sweet for my taste, but I can't knock the hustle. This is a gin that's bold and striking in its simplicity and ambition to stand out and entice drinkers who would likely be turned off by a traditional London dry. Would definitely mix with tonic or soda with lemon and lime on a warm summer's day; this feels perfectly fit for the occasion.
