Nose is apples and vanilla. First sip is a refreshing apple and honey. Slowly transitions to vanilla and spice. A splash of water mellows out the spice but brings out the vanilla. On ice almost gets sweeter, in a good way; it makes the apple flavor really pop and becomes incredibly sipable. One of the few Whiskies I prefer on ice. Overall, very impressed.
