Oak and vanilla take center stage. As they fade, honey and char show up. Tannin and barrel bitter. Eucalyptus, cherry. Buttermilk biscuits dusted with a little extra raw flour come back through the palate. Long, oily, prickly finish. Dusty bookstore.
