Bourbon — Kentucky, USA

Rested 10 minutes. Served neat in a Glencairn. Toasted brown color.
Nose - definitely smells like a buffalo trace mashbill. Vanilla, cherry, caramel, red twizzlers
Palette - there’s really no heat at all which is pretty surprising since it’s 100 proof. Extremely smooth and drinkable. Sourdough, caramel, oak, leather
Finish - caramel popcorn, leather. Hardly any heat at all
Probably the easiest, most drinkable bourbon I’ve ever had. Definitely different than other buffalo trace mash bill #1 bourbons that I have, but definitely has similarities.
