Everything a gin should be, I would recommend to have this neat or in a martini, just unrivalled complexity. So much beautiful flavours building off one another (elderflower, liquorice, anise, juniper, rosemary, thyme, lavender, rose petal, slow berries, gooseberries, apple, orange, grapefruit, coriander and nutmeg) with many flavours you wouldn't expect to find in a gin with a long spicy finish
