Nov 2019.
Medium small tulip.
Clear medium amber.
Aromatic old leather, dark roasted prune, wet forecast dirt, over fermented oolong, and ripen grape jam in nose.
Medium full body with oloroso cream Sherry, raisin, salty fino Sherry, sweeten raspberry, oxided longan honey, and old leather in palate.
It tasted more like a real Sherry wine than a port. But sure infused a unique flavor profile than the origine 10yo.
