Clean light citrus, vanilla, almost like bourbon sugary notes but not exactly. There is a hint of oak bitterness or maybe it's the grain in the background. Very light and gentle sugary smooth flowing in after you take a sip along and the oak or grain slight bitterness. Also lemon, orange skin. Overall a clean light beautiful Japanese wiskey.
