Still working on my Cognac chops here so take this with a grain of salt (this hold true for all my tasting notes really). This is pretty tasty. It doesn't really seem to blossom like some other cognacs i have had in the past where they hit my tongue as a single note and expand greatly. This one lands very softly with a little bit of sweet and oak and then as it washes over my tongue it leaves an almost chocolate caramel flavor. This would be a good conversation starter, but it wont blow your mind.
