Rested 10 minutes. Served neat in a Glencairn.
Nose - very sweet, vanilla, caramel
Palette - baking spices, burnt sugar like a creme brûlée
Finish - minor heat, toasted oak, black pepper
Not what I expected honestly. I had heard good things, but it was kinda underwhelming to me.
