not a flavor bomb like the barrel proof but still a good nightly drink. I hated this when i popped the cork for all the things it couldn't be. bookers, EC BP, noahs mills etc. On its on, its a little nutty (thank you HH), caramel, vanilla i.e. typical bourbon flavors. On my mission to finish open bottles, I'm enjoying this EC for what it is and not what I want it to be. i should rewatch this premiere of Marvelous mrs maisel because elijah craig has F***ed me up
