Bourbon man drinking scotch. First Islay. Here we go
N (4.25): love the smell. Woody and forestee . Bacon. Sweet and salty. Slight citrus. Unique and lovely compared to all my bourbon bottles
P(4): woody. Ginger spice. Smokey. Hint of sweetness
F(4.25): woody dried ginger taste camps out. Linger but not intense.
