I'm not a liquer fan and generally don't like sweeter spirits. I was going to avoid this one but glad I tried. Using local spring water and kaffir and Tahitian limes this was a stand out of the tasting at this distillery. Not sweet at all and packed a pure lime punch. Would like to try this in a caipirinha.
